Posiolek Wostocznyi on the eastern edge of Barnaul. The river to the right is the Ob river. This location of the posiolek and also the NKVD offices marked by the lower black square was given to me by Zbigniew K.. from Poland. Zbigniew was here with his family as an eight year old boy. "Byłem wtedy mały, 8 lat. Z matką tak daleko nie chodziłem. Ja mieszkałem na "Wostocznyj Posiolok" - wschodni. Znajduje się on jeszcze teraz niedaleko mostu kolejowego (starego) nad rzeką Ob. Tam było też dużo Polaków... Kolej, co idzie z Barnaułu na południowy zachód (SW) to idzie do Pawłodaru i dalej do Kazakhstan." Pozdrowienia.Zbyszek!
