No date or comments on this photo. Assume it is in Italy judging by the landscape and farmhouse in the background. Don't know the names of the other men in the photo, but my father is the one inside the tank, if that is what this vehicle is called.

This photo is undated and has no comments. From other sources, I would guess that this was Field Marshal Alexander (Commander of Allied Armies in Italy) and General Anders saluting the 2nd Corps and others in August 15 1945 on the Loreto airfield in Italy. This photo was with my father's other military photos.

Photo is undated but says England on the back so it must be postwar when he was part of the Polish Resettlement Corps and staying at the Stover Hostel near Newton Abbot.
