It is a small portrait of the sister Maria with her daughters. Their names are Jadzia and Stanislawa. Anna, Maria and their younger brother, Bronislaw Blaszko, were born in Bastuny, Belarus, a small village north of Lida, near today's Belarus-Lithuania border. Until 1945, this area was within the borders of eastern Poland.
