Journal American article, March 18th, 1941 when three boys returned from Europe. Their father, Jozef Szwarce, had put them on a train at the border of Poland and was never seen again. The three boys traveled alone to Moscow, Odessa, across the Black Sea to Istanbul, through Europe and back to U.S. from Lisbon. Entire journey took over six months.
