The caretaker of the home Mrs. Ludmilla Strygł and her daughter Maria Kloda appear with : Leokadia Bęłczak; Anna Depa; Cecylia Gawlik; Helena Kilian; Jadwiga Jankiewicz; Czesława Belczacka; Teresa Sztychmiller; Maria Kosior; Janina Gradadzka; Zofia Kozlozna and Józefa Radoń. Eugenia Piotuch belonged to this group but was missing in photograph because she was ill with laryngitis and was in hospital.

Souvenir zakład 2 . Photo belonged to Kluczynska Jadwiga before she was separated from Pahiatua children at Bombay. He aunt who was living in India found her and took her with her to Indian camp. My Mum then came into possession of her photos.

Group of young orphaned refugees, believed to be in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Julia Moskal in the beret to the left of woman's shoulder. The children wear white bows so this may be a first communion group. Julia was ultimately reunited with her mother Maria and brother Edmund after passing through Teheran to Tengeru Camp in Tangyanika.
