| Other Information: | Adela większość dzieciństwa spędziła z rodzicami i rodzeństwem w przepięknej gajówce Mandzyna na Zabłociu, gdzie ojciec Adeli pracował jako gajowy. W kwietniu 1940 r. pociąg opuścił stację Zabłocie. Cała rodzina została wywieziona. Stracili swój dom i cały dobytek. Podróż w bydlęcych wagonach trwała cztery tygodnie. W posiołkach: Garaż i Pobojszna, rodzice Adeli i starsza siostra przez 4 lata pracowali przy wyrębie lasu. Po „amnestii” w 1943 r. ojciec Adeli wstąpił do Wojska Polskiego - II Dywizji im. Dąbrowskiego. Poszedł walczyć o Polskę, a dzieci z matką wyjechały do Jurijewca. Adela, jej młodsza siostra i brat uczyli się w Polskiej Szkole z internatem do repatriacji w 1946 roku. Adela spent most of her childhood with her parents and siblings in the beautiful forest lodge Mandzyna in the Zabłocie forest district, where Adela's father had a job as a gamekeeper. In April 1940 the train left the Zabłocie station. The entire family was deported. They lost their home and all the belongings. The journey in cattle cars took four weeks. In posiołki: Garaż and Pobojszna, Adela’s parents and her elder sister worked for 4 years felling the forest. After the "amnesty", Adela's father joined the 2nd Division “Dąbrowski” of the Polish Army. He went to fight for Poland, while the children with their mother went to Jurijewiec. Adela, her younger sister, and brother studied at the Polish Boarding School until their repatriation in 1946. |

| Other Information: | W marcu 1946 roku rodzina otrzymała polskie paszporty i pociągiem wróciła do Polski. Tułając się po kraju od Warszawy po Śląsk, znaleźli swoje miejsce w Lubelskiem, gdzie Adela mieszka dotychczas. Adela była jedną z organizatorek Koła Związku Sybiraków we Włodawie i jego pierwszą długoletnią przewodniczącą. In March 1946, the family received the Polish passports and returned to Poland by train. Wandering around the country from Warsaw to Silesia, they found their place in Lubelskie, where Adela lives now. Adela was one of the organizers of the Włodawa branch of the Siberian Association and its first long-term chairperson. |
